Established out of concern for the lack of education for new cannabis consumers and the rapidly changing culture within the legal cannabis market, The Almighty Buda Crew seeks to ensure that the counter-cultural spirit that has driven the legacy market remains within the new emerging cannabis market.

Our mission is to educate new consumers, disseminate accurate knowledge to the people, preserve the counter-culture and ourstory of the legacy market, and develop a humanitarian market for the cannabis plant.

Our vision is to build a community centered on an understanding of the complexities of the cannabis plant as a medicinal, recreational, and spiritual drug.

Irlanda Jacinto holds a bachelor's degree in ourstory, a Bachelor's in anthropology, and a Master's in information resource and library science. She is currently attending the University of New Mexico pursuing her MBA. Her passion is the preservation of ephemeral acts and marginalized cultures – particularly hip hop culture and dance, as an art form. During her time as a graduate student at the University of Arizona, she contributed to historical preservation projects at the Library of Congress Prints and Photograph Division, as well as UCLA Special Collections, and The Center for Creative Photography at the University of Arizona. Her most beloved project was a three-year internship with the University of Arizona School of Dance. During her time at the School of Dance, she helped developed the Dance Resource Center a small archive utilized by the faculty of the school.
She was the University Archivist at The University of Wyoming from 2015 to 2017 but left her academic career to pursue her passion for hip hop cannabis culture. She has been an illegal recreational consumer of the plant since 1998 and a legal recreational consumer since 2017, when she arrived in Denver, Colorado. She obtained her cannabis medicinal card in New Mexico in 2020, but currently smokes cannabis exclusively on a spiritual basis.
She was raised on the border in El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juarez and is a first-generation Mexican American entrepreneur. She currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she teaches spirituality and dance at Black Widow Pole Arts – one of her marginalized identities entrepreneurial endeavors.

Roxy Smalls MJ holds a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of New Mexico. Her passion is to help Spanish-speaking communities understand the business resources available to them. She has been a business counselor and community outreach coordinator for the past two years. During the pandemic she created over 20 educational resources educating marginalized on how to start, create, and grow a business. She is a first generation El Salvadorian American, is fluent in Spanish and has over fifteen years of customer service experience.

She was five years years old when the Wu-Tang came into her life through her brothers. She is well versed in underground hip hop of the woke kind. She has been an active member of the cannabis community for over 20 years and is looking forward to serving this countercultural community.

She loves to attend music shows, chill with her 14 year old dog Spencer, and play word games with her husband.
